Do you want to feel free and empowered on your roller skates? Come get in touch with your body and learn to flow on your skates. We will be practicing slow walking, sexy struts, dips, and some floor work in this class. Wear something that makes you feel confident but comfortable and come join this class!
This class is all levels welcome, but feeling comfortable standing on your skates and having adequate balance between your two feet will make this class easier. If you are at all interested in dance/jam skating, please join!
**All protective gear is available for borrow upon request. If you do not have roller skates please contact the park at least 48 hours in advance and we will try to accommodate. Sizes limited. Please arrive 15 minutes early if you are new to the skatepark to fill out liability waivers.**
